Beav..

It appears that speculation that another bid is driving the share price higher...OR..and this the big one....that there is another suitor or two or three even out there that wants us..bad..big time..but they do not want to tip their hand too soon..If they can get as much cheep stock as they can before the offer goes out ,it will be to their advantage..maybe the potential buyer has been an investor for years ..who knows..and has a big chunk of the stock all ready ..but in the case of a vote wants as many shares(votes ) that he can get..so this is why the buying is above the $1.08 original buy agreement price..,but actually the buy price is not fixed at $1.08 but at a percentage of the share price of argo..

so if Argo goes up ...our $1.08 price goes up proportionally..BUT..that is OK....BUT if there was no buyers sitting in the weeds..where the hell is all the volume coming from...??Existing shareholders would sell at a buck like they did at the announcement..and people would buy up to $1.08...

But no one said the Argo will be up this high on the close date in Dec so why pay more than the $1.08//????

Right now we are trading at $1.12 ..up .03 and 300,000 volume..and the bid/ ask tick is still UP...

So your guess is as good as any..
