I understand that Portee is looking at a $10,000 offer for PDG . This is to be an all cash offer with no cheap paper shares involved. Tibber is looking at sweetening the offer to $10,500 !

Again this is an all cash offer!! This development is sure to flush out any other Big Guys that have been waiting on the sidelines.
