They did construct a road in which to deliver the ore to the waiting tankers. Rail construction has not started yet LOI and letters of intent should be released in 2009 and once confirmed, I'm assuming rail construction would begin. I firmly believe they will get financing partners. If they don't well things will be on hold. Lets face it we aren't playing bluechips here.
