In my mind solar is still recovering from the big sell off last year and I am not sure when to step in again. On the other hand there appears to be lots of plans for wind farms; I wonder if that will distract venture capitalists from solar. Do you know of a good 'wind power' play?

In the energy sector I bought recently some PDP since in the past it did well for me, hoping for another increase. Although the economy is weak I still think that over the next 6 months or so there will be sufficient growth to put upward pressure on oil prices.
