There have been a lot of positive news coming from PyroGenesis during the past few months, nothing negative except for more dilution with private placements.

Can you please explain this: with so much progress, being on track to becoming cash flow positive this year, with paid demos, additional contracts, etc, having raised additional money with the PP from February, why is this new PP needed?

Is PyroGenesis really on track to becoming cash flow positive this year?

If not, how many additional dilutive private or public placements would PyroGenesis require until becoming cash flow positive?
