Peter,

Wondering if you could provide some insight into the last paragraph. As it appears to have caught the eye of a few people on different boards. One of which believes it is indicative of the company going private.

As always thank you for your time and hoping you are able to answer.

“Separately, at a recent board meeting dated May 29th, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company passed a resolution, effectively accelerating the vesting period under the Company’s option agreements in the event of a change in control of the Company.”
