I must admit, I was expecting a more general answer. Your sincerity is a truly admirable trait, and your reply speaks to the man you are. 

Great companies are built by great leaders, but truly great leadership is a rare quality. We often equate leadership with managing when the two are miles apart. It instil confidence when I read a line such as;

“Always focused, always confident, always guided by our morals…no short cuts.” 

Its clear that Pyro has a bright future with a great leadership. 

The songs weren’t tacky, they were well chosen, often a song can summarizes or stir an emotion that words alone cannot. 

I considered apologizing for putting you on the spot in a public forum, but truthfully I’m not sorry. ;)
