Really a weird statement. I guess you do not know Montreal. Montreal is the second largest primarily French-speaking city in the world, just after Paris. About 60% of its population can speak both english and french. Montreal is an international hub to multiple industries and have no problem to attract international candidates. International candidates likes to learn new languages. Speaking french and english is mandatory to a lot of jobs in the city. Usually, when a candidate does not speak one of the two languages, the company offers language course. And of course, I am sure, if PyroGenesis was posting jobs for a foreign location, they would not ask for the same requirements.
And a brief reminder : one of the main PyroGenesis partner is a company from France. So...
