I feel bad reading your response.  I get the sense that you were put off by the tone of my answer and, upon further review, you may be right.  Although you were a bit flippant in your post, I may have been too fast to react as I usually only respond as I did to repeat offenders. In short, my response to you got caught up by the tone I usually reserve for others, and may I add deservedly.

I don’t want you to feel that you should rely only on our press releases if you have a question.  I trust this response will give you pause to reconsider.
