Let me leave you with the following to consider:

As much as I agree with you when you say that an investor relies on management to provide credible information, similarly management expects that an investor understands the context within which this credible information is provided. PyroGenesis is not a construction company. We, until recently, do not repeat the same type of contract day in and day out.  That is the double-edged sword when investing in a high tech/new tech company…contracts tend to take a different time frame/course when compared to others such as construction companies.

At PyroGenesis we are committed to give the public as much information as we can, particularly when dealing with others across the table who may take advantage of information they have with respect to any negotiations we may be in.  We find investors in PyroGenesis appreciate this openness. In fact, we find that most of our audience, funds in particular, appreciate the type and quality of the information we provide in our press releases.  We find that the concerns you allude to tend to come from those that don’t quite understand the contract process that companies like PyoGenesis face, and confuse it with companies with more established business cycles…like construction and pizza delivery.

We are not doing the same thing day in and day out which, as discussed, impacts predictability, but we are also doing it with very large corporations in foreign jurisdictions.  There is no way one can predict progress to a tee under such circumstances.  All one can do is suggest a time frame within which if all the players are moving as expected, it should be completed.  This time frame is provided as a general indication of what is expected by all parties concerned.  This is what I, as an investor, would want to know.   

With   respect to your comment that “successful management teams are the ones that overcome these obstacles and end up meeting timelines and delivering signed contracts as originally communicated”: I totally disagree when it comes to companies like PyroGenesis.  In fact, if a company like PyroGenesis consistently meets timelines and delivered signed contracts as originally communicated I would sell their stock immediately for the sole reason that it would mean that they are informing investors only when things are 100% certain, and thereby risking that others (on the other side of the table) could take advantage of the situation to the total disadvantage of current investors.  That I find to be totally unacceptable.

I believe, despite your insinuations, that we have one of the best management teams around as our record clearly demonstrates.
