Hello Mr. Pascali,

I am a concerned shareholder. I have believed in you and the team over the course of the ups and downs over the last three years and I continue to believe in the PYR story. However after all this time I am significantly in the red with no end in sight with the downward pressure on this share price.

My question is don't you think it would be a good time to start the share buy back program? This share price has surely presented you with a great opportunity if in fact you believed we were undervalued at $0.50 - $0.60.

Also, I would like to know why you insist on providing specific timelines when you know that if they are not met it would hurt the company's image. I understand that delays occur in business and that the short term share price is of little importance to you, however I would hope that you would be able to better protect your long term shareholder interests. Just food for thought.
