I know it is difficult to follow all the posts here that deal with this, but I would refer specifically to our recent press release dated December 23rd (last paragraph in main body where I am quoted) as well as press releases from DROSRITE™ International.

All that I can say, without disclosing anything that is not public, is that everything is proceeding normally when one takes into account the number of players, geography, and financial institutions involved.  I can also say nothing untoward has occurred with respect to the transaction itself.
