Hello Peter / IR team,

I'm looking for information on the share structure breakdown of the company.

I have found 3 different numbers concerning the shares outstanding ranging from 135 million to 141 million.

Can you provide a share structure breakdown including fully diluted shares outstanding and warrants outstanding?

The information in the Q3 financials seems dated now since recent PP's and i'm finding conflicting info on this site as well as simplywallst and a few others.

This information is not on the PYR website that I can see.

Can you also comment on how much of the company is owned by insiders? Information I have found shows over 50% of the company is owned by insiders and private companies. Is this accurate?

66956228 Owned by general public 47.x%

67096222 Owned by individual insiders 47.x%

7251000 Owned by private companies 5.x%

141,303,450 total shares outstanding (may be fully diluted not sure)

Q3 ER says 135mil outstanding
