Contract value confusion

If this has been asked before; sorry

The initial PYR PR for the Drosrite contract mentioned $20m. The recent DI PR used the figure $17m. Can someone explain the difference? If the PYR is $CDN and DI is $US the exchange doesn't account for the difference.
