Drosrite International predates your referenced PR’s by many months.

Drosrite International has been at the forefront in all aspects of this transaction.

I never said DI doesn’t manufacture.  What I said was that DI (AND PYRO) don’t need dedicated manufacturing facilities to manufacture Drosrite, and I explained why. 

With respect to both PRs you refer to, you will note that we were adamant not to disclose the business line in either PR…in fact we mentioned in the later of the two that “…the client and the business line cannot be disclosed at this time…”.  Wouldn’t make much sense to talk about Drosrite International in lite of that position would it now?  Bottom line: there was no need to disclose DI in either of the PR you refer to.  However, in the next PR of Oct 9th…everything is disclosed…DI and all.
