Dear Mr. Pascali,

In your update, you say that "it seems all impediments to the payment process have been addressed".  Since you wrote "it SEEMS", it sounds as if you THINK all impediments have been done away with, but that, in fact, there COULD still be impediments.  If there were no doubt, would you not have written "all impediments ...", without the "it SEEMS"?

Am I reading too much into this?
