Peter, will you please clarify if you expect any change to the amount of revenue PYR expects to receive from DI on the current Drosrite contract? 

Your Oct 9/19 press release stated DI will pay PYR approx $20mm within 12 months plus recurring yearly revenue for an extended period. Originally PYR was to receive $6.4mm in 2-4 weeks with quarterly payments of approx $3.4mm for 12 months. Yesterday's press release revised the payment agreement to pro rata (proportional ?) to mirror DI's cash flow? which could mean DI's net revenue stream (payments minus operating expenses ?)

Your Oct 9 press release was very specific on the revenue PYR expected to receive from the DI Drosrite contract and when the revenue was expected to be received but yesterday's press release doesn't indicate that any payments have yet been received and using the terms pro rata and DI's cash flow creates confusion (for me anyway) about what the current revenue expectation are now.
