Hi Peter,

I am not certain if you are aware, but the president of HPQ made the following comment last night regarding a new 5C private placement they are doing:

"I feel pretty confident that HPQ largest shareholder, PyroGenesis agrees with my decision."

Is this an accurate statement?

Any insights you could add on the subject would be appreciated.
