Dear Plasma,

Welcome to the Pyro family.

Thank you for the warm welcome, much appreciated that you took the time to respond to this question.

Thanks for posting.

Yes, George has been known to describe me as the Elon Musk of the North.  I, however, am on record correcting him.  Elson Musk is the Peter Pascali of the South.  Much better, no?

Time will tell, there's hope ;)

Regretfully, I cannot go on record with a recommendation of the sort you are asking for as that is not allowed by the regulators.  Suffice it to say that the Company has an active share buyback program in place.

I understand, I figured it was worth a try. I would not want you to get fined by the CSA.

I see that there's been a share buyback program for the last few years, to date I have not seen any purchase by the company. I am glad to hear that the buyback program is still active; however, as an investor of Pyrogenesis I would rather see the company use the capital for expansion. The current amount of shares outstanding does not phase me and with future contracts on the horizon this will support the stock price going forward. Of course this could all change if let's say a $1B contract was signed.

By pointing out the buyback program, you are saying the company share price is undervalue.

Again, I am not allowed to speculate on the recent rise in the stock price, but I think it would be  a fair assumption to conclude that a silver lining to the covid cloud might be that money managers and individual investors have had the time to analyze the company (which arguably is difficult to get ones head around) and have found something that they like.  The BNN interview you refer to is evidence that fund managers are now taking notice.  All this, I would say, bodes well for the Company.

I totally agree with your assessment. In my research of Pyrogenesis, I have found it to be quite complicated to assess a value for the company with so many different business lines. I can see that it is cleary undervalued and that is why I have taken a position here; however, I can also see a need to spin off some of these entities in order to bring focus and value to investors.

With respect to Drosrite payments, I believe we are on record saying we would not announce any further payments.  Given your request, and many more like it, I think we may review that decision.  If and when we do, I think we would have to disclose it in a Press Release for general consumption.

I believe Drosrite International went on record saying "The Company does not expect to announce any further receipt of payments unless there is a material change to expectations." I did not know Pyrogenesis shared this same view. Thank you for the clarification.

Hope that helps

Tremendously! Again, thank you for taking the time to respond to your share holders. Looking forward to chatting with you in the future regarding future successes.

(and welcome on board once again)

Peter
