Sorry. I forgot to clic the AGORACOM QUESTION button

1- Is the powder division spin off still part of the plan? Is it going well? It would be good to move several divisions of PYR forward. Each could develop to their full potential.

2- Will the JV between PYR and HPQ be officialized soon? Will this JV be part of the powder division?

3- When will PYR be listed on the TSX-Toronto? Or on NASDAQ? We've been talking about it for a long time, I guess it's going to happen soon?
