I cannot speak to the regulators’ market surveillance systems, but I do believe that as a group that they are severely over worked and underpaid and are up against better funded players who know how to play the edges well.

I have heard complaints from many sources but have not compiled the evidence as others have.

My suggestion would be to have someone contact IIROC and present the evidence they have.  I am sure that IIROC, who’s main purpose is to regulate such matters, would be please to be served up such information on a silver platter.
