Thanks commensense , this was what I mentioned as the current option that I see being utilized. I wondered if it was possible to refinish pavement with a single pass without stripping the pavement. I think Peter has better things to focus on than my idea, just throwing it out there as I always felt the process could be improved upon if it had something capable of producing the heat required.
