Olderguy1 you are not fooling anyone.  I pegged you from the beginning as a soft basher w agenda even as you cozied up w longs and then all day long today bash your own supposed investments. Either you are mixing medications or you have an agenda!

NDA's serve numerous purposes but notwithstanding, CLIENT A requires.  Multi billion dollar giant approaches PYR and 1st thing is NDA is required. PYR going to say no thanks!???

The purpose of an NDA is to protect the confidential information of a company as it engages with another party. ... In addition, if only one party will be sharing its confidential information then a one-way or unilateral NDA protecting only the disclosing party's confidential information would be appropriate.

To maintain a competitive advantage, businesses must keep working projects, innovative ideas, or exciting new products secret lest they fall into the hands of a competitor. Similarly, startup companies with a new and profitable idea can only succeed if what they are working on remains under wraps. A non-disclosure agreement, or NDA, is a legal document that keeps the lid on such sensitive information. These agreements may be referred to alternatively as confidentiality agreements (CA), confidentiality statements, or confidentiality clauses, within a larger legal document.
