I'm not sure why Peter would do anything other than point to his news releases, and say "These are the facts as I am able to release them".

I am one of the people that beleives Peter is going WAY above the call of duty here in communicating here with us, and I also believe and trust in his news releases, and interviews more than what somebody on BNN said(especially when he hasn't been paying attention self admittedly).
