I forgot, get out of the forest and look at the whole ... the power the value of the share is more important than the trivial details of a contract. The best example of this is TSLA, APPL and so on. They have created so much value that it has been easy to create new projects without even having a real profitability because they have imposed their visions of the future by justifying that this is the only alternative! 

P.s. Stop classifying people and make the company grow through concrete actions while taking into account the real impacts...SIGNIFICANT!
