Whatever Pyro's future re: uplisting, have a look at Greenpower's (GP) woes with its IPO on Nasdaq as a cautionary tale. They reverse-split and were immediately shorted from the underwritten 20$ price to roughly $10.75 yesterday.    Thanks to the selloff, I picked up shares for under 11$, but that  no doubt burned lots of investors in the company.
