You are right. “Well, I like to do things the old-fashioned way” (BTW: That’s a James Bond quote just in case you don’t recognize it 007) 

The simple fact is that many investors in Pyro are not investors in HPQ and the news, although already released by HPQ, was important enough to bring to their attention. 

Although some may see our PR and HPQ’s PR as essentially the same (and so they should be, as it is the same news, no?), the difference in the two releases is what the savvy investor should focus on as that is where the value for Pyro shareholders is: i.e., we can give up the royalty in HPQ Nano Silicon Powders Inc (not to be confused with a separate royalty we have at the HPQ Silicon Resources Inc level) and own 50% of the  HPQ Nano Silicon Powders Inc.
