Mining companies and plasma torches?

Hi Peter,

Please forgive me if my question is foolish, but I was wondering, could your plasma torches be used when drilling for precious metals? And later making the excavating and access to the ore bodies easier and faster than today's methods? If so, at what depths into the ground could this tech be used?

I am quite sure I know a few mining companies that would be very interested in learning more about this possibility, since it is a very, very costly and time consuming undertaking building a mine. Especially underground. Just figured I'd ask :-)
