Hi Peter,

Your April 1 news release about obtaining a contract with a US tunneling firm stated the following:

PyroGenesis will not only develop and supply high-powered plasma torches, specifically designed for tunneling applications, but will also be intimately involved in all aspects of design and development for the entire project. Upon success, the Client is committed to purchase exclusively, and PyroGenesis is committed to exclusively supplying, plasma torches and auxiliary equipment for these applications.

And in one of your Agoracom posts, you said that this exclusivity was worldwide.

So does this mean that you cannot bore tunnels for other companies? Or does it mean that you can do the boring for other companies, but you cannot sell them the torches & related equipment?
