To say yes would not be 100% correct. They also require a legal opinion from our lawyers saying that everything is cool and above board.  This is typical in all cases of an up listing etc.

Other than that, nothing we can’t provide.  The major tick was the financing in my opinion.

Looks like all good to go.  Just assembling the final documents etc. (and taking a break to post here).
