I was quite excited after reading the press release in regards to possibly leasing torches as opposed to selling. Selling is a one time payment where leasing would give a constant revenue stream.

Noticed you have been fairly busy answerring questions in regards to the press release, good on you for taking the time to communicating directly with share holders.

I am invested in both PYR and HPQ and can't wait for seeing more of your action plan in action.
