As for the earning dates, I would like to remind you that the Company graduated to the TSX on November 20, 2020. Therefore, PyroGenesis was not under the TSX regulations deadline on November 16th but was still under the TSXV regulations deadline for the Q3 earning.

You probably noticed that our Q3 earnings were released on November 25th, before the TSXV deadline, and before the holidays as you suggested.
