NR says installing this torch will take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months Is this up to PYR to complete this task and if it is, whenndo you plan to install it?

Do  you plan on installing it in 2 week period since they are the ones pushing you to "hurry" ? This way company A gets to see the results faster and therefore order more torches faster.
