Slightly off-topic and thinking out loud here but I hold investments in Pyro, HPQ and Datamatrex as my Canadian small cap plays, and also Blackberry. Industrial chain carbon management will probably become as important a metric as cash-flow to companies with world governments instituting new policies on an incremental bsis.  I think that might be an additional market to explore in advance of its institution, although it's more on the data side.
