The Nasdaq Stock Market has "3" distinctive tiers:
1) Nasdaq Global Select Market 2) Nasdaq Global Market 3) Nasdaq Capital Market
Small Tech companies typically enter at "Tier 3 - Nasdaq Capital Market" and can move up to the higher tiers down the road as the company grows and more requirements are met. Tier 3 requirements are mostly already met by PYR (except perhaps having 3 market makers... which is a low hurdle).
Tier 3 itself has 3 ways to list and I believe PYR already qualifies through the "Market Value of Listed Securities Standard" route... which can have a share price as low as $2.00 US.
See page 10 of the "Nasdaq Initial Listing Guide" https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/assets/initialguide.pdf
When you are there... also see links on that page to 5505(a) and 5505(b)(2)
In my opinion... bottom line: After some lawyer paperwork... they are "in"
