Being commercialized in multiple applications around the world including plasma torches, Industrial 3D printing powders, aluminum & zinc dross recovery, waste management and defence - 4 US aircraft carriers
Hello Peter & George, thank you for doing this Q&A.
Here are my questions
1. Mr. Pascali, many are impressed by your succeses and excited for the future of Pyrogenesis. There have been some comparisons made between you and Elon Musk, that you may be a revolutionary CEO pushing forward a multi-faceted company that will excel in Plasma Services & AM & 3DPrint .. to keep it brief.
My question is asking you to humanize yourself to us Mr. Pascali. Yes, yes we all think you are a grand pioneer of an every growing field.
But tell me something beyond that. What are your grand desires in terms of doing good in society. Are there any charities that you would like contribute to?
I know that you are a big fan of the LOTR movies & the movie 300, and that you have some inspirational quotes from those movies about living life morally and being hopeful of the future.
This question is open-ended, but I think that the shareholders and future investors in this company would love to hear more about you & your passions in live, what drives you on a moral level...
In many of your interviews with George, you talk about being very principled and man of morals. What would you like us to know about you, that we might not know..?
2. Without disclosing any confidential information, can you please tell us about possibilites for Pyrogenesis in the M&A department. In one of your interviews, you discussed being a former investment bank and discussed that you like to spin things off when you can.
Building off that, there are two categories I am interested in hearing about.
a) Is there a possibility.. not a definite.. but a possiblity that Pyrogenesis would want to do a M&A with a contractor or partner to gain greater accessibility into that industry. I am thinking that some 3D printing & Tunneling work may require.. a contractor or partner to team up with.. is it possible that pyrogenesis would consider acquiring the contractor or partner to gain a better grasp on that industry?
b) Can you expand more on the prospect of spinning off divisons away from Pyrogenesis into their own companies? 3D printing and Waste Burning to Energy are hot fields. There are many other companies that have their valuations sky rocketing, despite being less known than Pyrogenesis. Is there a possibility that you may consider spinning off divisions in the future to address these markets and get a narrower focus on the industry?
3. I'd like to know more about Pyrogenesi beyond the financial and technology discussions. You told a story of how PYR's success as a company has benefited many shareholders through Share Value.
Can you tell us a story about success in the the Pyrogenesis workplace. When I look at the Pyrogenesis company photo, I see a great deal of people smiling on both sides of you. On the surface we know Pyrogenesis through your interactions with us and through Agoracom.
Tell us a story about success in the workplace. A problem that you overcame as a team. A problem related to Coronavirus that you pushed through as a team. Tell us a story of your choosing that shows Pyrogenesis has a great working environment and a great team of people working together to revolutionize the world we live in. Tell us about the people and culture!
Thank you for your time Mr. George & Mr. Pascali, I look forward to this interview!
