It was a single stock circuit breaker halt. It happens automatically on TSX when stocks go up or down 7, 13, 20% in a span of 15 minutes. Halts for 15 mins to let things cool and dissemenate.

There was a flood of shares on US side got bought up i think that caused a run here by arbitrage.

There was a youtube video came out yesterday about PYR recommending it.
