It's a common share pool and yes it did hit 12 usd on the OTC. We didn't see this price equivalent because we were halted but also they only saw that price because we were halted.

TSX halted for circuit breaker and the us otc side didn't. This left the arbitrage between the two broken and the mm on our side would be offline not handling filling in gaps. Lots of demand on the US side and no supply or demand on our side with very thin supply on the books on the US side is a recipe for a surge.

If we hadn't halted our mm would have stayed in play managing arbitrage and likely it wouldn't have gone on a tear us side.the mm would have filled in the ask books.

I guess OTC doesn't have halts to the upside as stringent as TSX does.
