Peter,

Thank you for the news release yesterday, it was well timed (literally dropped a second after I said we were due for an update on the CEO board / bought more shares) and I found it helpfully informative; It gave enough information to direct investigation into things like DTC eligibility and why that might happen post SEC approval. Looking forward to the next step.
