Management took part in this program given the near-term potential of this opportunity as well as the partners. The grant gave the project increased credibility and the fact that it was interest free was icing on the cake. 

With respect to your second question, this had nothing to do with the new appointment of Mr. Ben Naccarato. In fact, the application for this grant project started before we were introduced to Mr. Naccarato.
