It is true that the Company does not need money for operations. The decision to accelerate the Warrants expiry date was a strategic one, carefully considered by management. In management’s opinion there are several benefits, three of which are (i) it is usually better to have the cash immediately on our balance sheet, (ii) eliminating overhang and (iii) reduces a potential source of shorting. 

It was not related in any way to our NASDAQ listing or a future buyer.
