I am not quite too sure that is a good take away from anything I said.  It would be foolish to think the ball is entirely in our court as there are other parties involved.  I may have said we are moving as fast as we can when it comes to doing something, and I may have also alluded to the fact that certain parties want us to move faster at times.  On the other hand, we do a lot of waiting as well as large organizations go through approval processes and fund allocations etc etc.

Bottom line: I am happy with the progress we are seeing.
