As you say Peter, "it is true that end-users may in some situations have to incur some additional costs it they plan to install plasma torches at large scale" but any move to reduce GHG's is going to be very costly. We have seen proposals from these majors to address this issue and many have already spent millions just to study different methods for green steel production. It would appear that this solution is still very competitive in cost and just show me a cheaper, easier solution.
