One more quick one.

Can you answer the following question:

Since the last private placement at $3.60, have you been approached by any other parties with interest in doing another round of financing?

A simple yes/no is all I would really like to know. If you can comment with any more details like number of times, or anything else it would be a bonus.

I understand you definately cannot name any names.

My reason for asking is that I suspect an interested party approached you for a placement deal, was turned down, and as a result has gone on the short attack to push the price down, and accumulate 'at the market'.

To be in the red today on this news does not make one iota of sense. In my own personal opinion, there is CLEAR manipulation of the price here. Almost a 10% selloff in the first hour and a half of the day from the high of day on half the avg 10 day volume in 90 minutes.
