You recently wrote in a post here regarding torch infrastructure: "There are huge benefits in changing out their current fuel system with electricity... huge benefits... and dare I suggest that the current environment might be ripe to finance such a green change out???? Get my drift..."

In the US, Biden's $2T proposed infrastructure plan would "incentivizes the rapid deployment of clean energy innovations across the economy"  Today, the Canadian government announced as part of their 2021 budget an investment of $17.6 billion in a green recovery.  Also, Budget 2021 will introduce an investment tax credit for capital invested in projects, with the overall goal of reducing emissions by at least 15 megatonnes of CO2 annually.

Is this the "current environment" you were referring to?
