I don't have much time now but skimmed your quickly skimmed your post. If you read the next sentence regarding the "70 employees", I state that "PYR has 71 total employees". PPP was insinuating that all (or at least 70 of these) work in a single location - the corporate HQ.
Also in terms of the rent figures the "rent" is listed at $68k and "property taxes" at ~$200k. These numbers should have been flipped (I.e. rent = $200k, property taxes = $68k), and if they had been (correctly), they would indeed make sense for a ~13,500 sqft lease.
I know this is brief and wasn't planning to reply right now as I'm in a hurry, but saw your last paragraph and wanted to say thanks. I really am just looking for the truth and yeah, I appreciate it.
