I think our questioning poster is aware that some companies hide their tax obligations through the BVI registrations (and shells upon shells), but maybe isn't aware of the fact that many do for completely legitimate reasons too. The pro-tip here is that if the company you are looking at quite clearly represents that fact, it isn't one of the former and just taking advantage of the fact that the country they operate in allows for it.
