Thank you Rodayna and yes, very much understood with regards to the dynamics of the R & D and overall secretive nature of daily operations there. 

Given that this more than likely pertains to nearly 100% of what is happening there, it must make hiring a challenge as it would almost seem a given that some sort of background check be done on all new hires. 

Not looking for an answer there.. Just a thought of my own.
