You are making a fool of yourself telling people if they don't know something they shouldn't be trading. You don't understand what YOU are talking about. Stock options offered as an incentive to employees or a part of financing yes causes dilution when more shares are created as the person excercises the right to buy. Trading options are completely different and as DHOD explained to you nicely how they work. This doesn't cause dilution.
