Question for Q&A - AirScience Acquisition

Hi Peter and George,

I was wondering if you could provide an update on the AirScience acquisition, eg. when is it expected to close and is everything on track? Also, with the AirScience acquisition, would PyroGenesis' technology/solutions be applicable for the renewable natural gas (RNG) sector that AirScience services? Ie. a complimentary offering?
